In accordance with Leg. Decree No.861, the intermediaries of the stockmarket are the stockbrokerage houses (SAB) and the stock brokers, authorised by the National Securities Commission. The stockbrokerage houses and the stock brokers are the only entities and individuals allowed to be members of the Lima Stock Exchange, a non-profit civil association.
